I’m in the Uk and have a ComiXology unlimited subscription. The kindle app now does comics better than it used to (on iPad at least) but not as good as the ComiXology one.

When you say Amazon reading sub, do you mean Kindle unlimited? If so then no you can’t read in the ComiXology app, but you can read the comics included in the Kindle app.
